FILTERS DESCRIPTION

An infrared filter blocks visible light that enters the camera lens and only pass infrared light, creating an images that are both familiar and strange. The world captured in infrared, just beyond visible spectrum, is surreal and serene, almost unnaturally crisp and full of contrasts.

Star filters create points of light, like "stars", streaking outward from a central light source. This can make lighting the scene take on a more glittering, glamorous appearance. This effect is produced by a series of thin lines etchetd into the flat optical surface of a clear filter.

ND filters permit to reduce the intensity of light, use a slower shutter speed and use a larger diaphragm aperture. A typical A typical example is if you are shooting waterfalls! We all like to capture that milky water effect but, to get it, you need somehow slow shutter speeds.
