 Te sophisticated optics of the Samyang 35 mm F1.4 UMC lens have been built on constructed upon twelve elements arranged in ten groups. The lens comes with two lenses made of glass, which reduces its weight and dimensions. An aspherical lens is also used in order to minimize the risk of chromatic aberration. Thanks to the high-quality multi-layer coatings, our lens produces high contrast and great colour imaging. The Samyang 35 mm f/1.4 AS UMC uses a system called “floating” lenses which allows to preserve high image quality when the focusing distance is minimal.
