 Telephoto Lens for Digital Camera. WHY YOU NEED A TELEPHOTO LENS? As a rule, you use a Telephoto lens when you can´t get as close to your subject as you´d like. For example, when you´re photographing a futbol game, the Alhambra in Granada, or a chalet perched on a distant hillside. You can´t climb into a cage at the zoo to get a close up of a lion or stand in the middle of a Hudson River to get a close up of a luxury yacht, but the Telephoto Lens can produce a big image of such subjects by bringing them closer to you opticallyA telephoto lens is required for wildlife photography.
The lens has a thread size of 62mm if you camera has the same thread size, you will be able to adapt it without any additional adapters. We also have adapters for 52, 55, 58 and 67mm.

Most of the camera manufactured today have an "optical zoom" and a "digital zoom" as most users know when you activate the "digital zoom" the camera makes the pixels bigger, so you see the subject bigger, but you loose quality because of pixelation ( the mosaic effect).
With this lens you will get x2 times the "optical zoom" of your camera. It means that if your camera has 140mm optical zoom you will get up to 280mm optical zoom.
